How do I cancel an order?
Once you completed the ordering procedure including the payment section, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled by you or our Customer service. However, if you have concerns regarding cancellation still, give us a ring at +65 6795 3980 and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you. You may contact our Customer Hotline via email or phone at +65 6795 3980.

You can return an item for an exchange if you'd like a different colour (e.g.: Nail lacquer shade, hair accessory colour etc.).

If you changed your mind regarding your order and decided to return it to us then you can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier. Please note you’ll have to cover the postage costs yourself if you choose to return your unwanted item and make your own arrangements. Please email us the reason of return at including your full name, date of purchase, order number and item purchased.

What if my order is damaged?
When your order arrives, please inspect the parcel for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage occurred to the item(s), please contact us immediately via email or phone at +65 6795 3980. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for quick service. To reassure prompt resolution, please keep the parcel, packing materials and the damaged item/s in its original state for inspection. Our Customer Service must be notified of all damaged items within 7 days of receiving your package.

Orders are shipped on working days only. Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding Public holidays in Singapore.
